Royal Touch Detailing Club – Terms of Service

1. Scope of Services

Our services include those listed on our website, such as Royal Refresh, Full Detail, Royal Correction, Royal Ceramic Shield, Paint Correction, Mini Detail, and other offerings.
We reserve the right to update service descriptions or pricing at any time. Clients are responsible for reviewing the most current terms before booking.


2. Estimates & Final Pricing

Prices listed are “starting from” and may vary based on vehicle size, condition, or additional work required.

Quotes may be adjusted on-site if unexpected conditions are discovered. You’ll be informed before any additional work is carried out.


3. Booking & Cancellations

Bookings require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 25% fee.

Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur up to a 50% charge.

We may reschedule appointments due to weather or technical issues without penalty.


4. Client Responsibilities

Clients must remove personal belongings and valuables before the service. We are not liable for lost or damaged items.

The detailing location must be safe and accessible (including driveway or work area). If it is not, we may charge a rescheduling or call-out fee.

If interior areas are obstructed or cluttered, additional charges may apply or the service may be rescheduled.


5. Service Guarantee & Re-Detailing

If you are not satisfied, notify us within 48 hours of service.

We offer one (1) complimentary re-detail within 7 days, provided no third-party cleaning has been performed in the meantime.

Excessive pet hair, red dust, mold, vomit, bodily fluids, or undisclosed conditions may require extra fees and are not covered by the satisfaction guarantee.


6. Liability & Limitations

We take every precaution but are not responsible for:

Pre-existing damage (scratches, cracks, dents, faded paint, etc.)

Paint or trim defects from previous poor maintenance or products

Battery discharge due to lights left on or prolonged access to interior

Any indirect damages after the service

You agree to indemnify Royal Touch Detailing Club from any loss or liability resulting from the use of our services.


7. Payment Terms

Full payment is due upon service completion unless agreed otherwise.

A deposit or pre-authorization may be required for bookings or premium packages.

We accept: cash, debit/credit cards, and other approved payment methods.

Late payments may incur additional charges.


8. Privacy & Communications

By booking, you consent to receive communication via SMS or email for confirmations, delays, or promotions.

Your information will never be sold or shared.

9. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, images, videos, service names, and designs are the intellectual property of Royal Touch Detailing Club.
No unauthorized reproduction or use is allowed without written permission.


10. Governing Law

These terms are governed under the laws of Western Australia.
All disputes shall be resolved through the appropriate courts in Perth, WA.


11. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
By continuing to use our services, you agree to the most updated version posted on our website.


12. Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service represent the full agreement between the client and Royal Touch Detailing Club.
They override all previous written or verbal agreements.


By confirming a booking or accepting our services, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these Terms of Service.
